How to cancel a vidIQ subscription

To cancel a vidIQ subscription, find who bills you first. Removing an extension or deleting an app does not cancel billing.

Check the receipt. A website card or PayPal purchase follows vidIQ's account route. An Apple App Store or Google Play purchase must be managed through that store.
Cancel a website subscription
Sign in to the paid account in vidIQ's web app. Open Account Settings, choose Manage Plan and select Cancel Subscription. Complete the entire downgrade process. Stopping on an offer or feedback screen may leave the plan active.
Cancel app-store billing
For Apple billing, open your Apple subscription settings and select vidIQ. For Google Play, open that store's subscription settings with the Google account that made the purchase. Follow its cancellation steps and retain the confirmation.
Check confirmation and access end date
Read the final status and next-billing details. Save the confirmation and stated end date. vidIQ's cancellation instructions say paid access ends at the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation, deletion and refunds
Cancellation stops renewal. Account deletion and a refund request are separate tasks. Do not assume one action completes all three. Keep the receipt if you need support to trace a charge.
If cancellation fails
Check that the signed-in account matches the receipt and the billing provider. Contact official support through the help page if the correct route still fails. Never send passwords or full card details to a third-party guide.
