vidIQ pricing: plans and limits in 2026
By ChannelGraphs · Last updated
Choose a plan from the task and expected usage, then confirm the actual USD amount and billing interval at checkout. AI credits are shared across supported tools rather than unlimited uses of each feature. A monthly equivalent on an annual plan is not a promise of monthly billing. Start with the free baseline when it answers the task.

vidIQ pricing has two parts: access and usage. Read both. The current page lists Free, Boost, MAX and Enterprise, with a separate coaching offer. Boost and MAX have monthly and annual US list prices; an annual monthly equivalent is billed as a yearly total. Confirm local currency, tax and the final charge in checkout.
vidIQ plans at a glance
| Plan | Documented role | Price and access limits to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Try core research and AI features with limits | Public page lists free access; check each feature cap |
| Boost | Broader research, optimization and AI workflow | Paid USD charge and selected channel count |
| MAX | Larger AI allowance and additional AI mode access | Paid USD charge, mode access and shared allowance |
| Coaching | Human feedback alongside software access | Availability, service scope, channel and billing terms |
| Enterprise | Teams, agencies or larger channel needs | Custom scope, seats and agreement |

The public plan page and feature-and-credit table explain the current requirements. The latter also mentions a Pro allowance. Because the main plan page did not present Pro as an ordinary purchase option, this guide does not assume every visitor can buy that tier.
US list prices and billing totals
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | What to compare |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | Included tool and credit limits |
| Boost | $19 per month | $199 per year | Yearly payment versus monthly flexibility |
| MAX | $49 per month | $468 per year | Larger allowance versus actual workload |
| Enterprise | Custom agreement | Custom agreement | Team access and channel scope |

The official plan page lists these one-channel US prices. Its annual display is a monthly equivalent, not a monthly collection schedule. Local pricing may differ, and the final checkout controls the charge and renewal. Coaching has separate service terms.
Monthly and annual billing
Read the amount due now, the length of access and the next renewal charge. If a page displays a per-month equivalent with a billed-yearly note, the actual charge can cover the year upfront. Compare that full commitment with monthly billing rather than comparing the largest display text alone.
Keep sales savings separate from renewal terms. A first-period offer can make a plan affordable today while leaving a different later charge. Do not rely on a coupon from a third-party review without checking it in the actual provider checkout.
Before paying, record the account, channels and currency. Check tax if shown. Keep the payer, next bill and cancel route. That note can help if a later charge looks wrong. It also tells you which service must handle cancellation.
Feature limits by plan
The current feature guide uses both AI credits and plan-based feature access. Spending credits on one supported AI tool reduces the balance available for others. A research cap can be separate from that balance. “Paid” therefore does not mean that every action has unlimited use.
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| How many channels share the account? | The credit pool can be shared rather than a separate allowance per channel |
| Which AI action will you use most? | A message, image action and video action can consume credits differently |
| Does the feature have a separate cap? | An available credit balance does not remove every access limit |
| Do unused credits carry forward? | The provider distinguishes recurring plan credits from some add-on balances |
| Can you control extra spending? | Check optional top-ups and any automatic refill setting before enabling them |

A credit balance is not a count of finished videos. First list the actions your process uses. Include drafts you reject and edits you repeat. A short first pass and a long revision session use different amounts. Check the whole job before choosing a tier.
Estimate usage before choosing a tier
Write down one normal publishing session. Include idea research, any AI conversation, thumbnail drafts and the revisions you expect. Use the current action costs to estimate that session's demand. Then compare it with the account allowance and other work sharing the same balance.
This is a workload estimate, not a promise of output quality. A higher allowance can support more attempts. But it does not show that the ideas are accurate or the thumbnails will perform well. The review work remains part of the task.
Which plan fits your task?
Free is the first option when you need to see whether the research workflow helps at all. Use a real topic and note where a limit stops useful work. A plan upgrade should solve that observed limit rather than satisfy a vague fear that a free account cannot grow.
Boost is a candidate when its stated research access and allowance cover recurring work. Max deserves a comparison if your actual AI workload or required mode exceeds that scope. Confirm the current mode entitlements rather than buying from a plan name alone.
Human coaching is a separate service. Who gives feedback? Which channel does it cover? What contact is included, and when does it renew?
Read those terms. AI Coach is not the same as working with a person.
For teams or larger channel sets, use an Enterprise quote for that scope. Sharing a single account is not a substitute for a proper seat and permission arrangement. Show who can buy, connect accounts and manage access.
Trials, renewals and cancellation
This guide assumes no universal trial. If a trial is offered to your account, read its duration, conversion charge and cancellation deadline in the actual offer. A trial mentioned in an old article may no longer be available or may have different eligibility.
Cancellation depends on the billing provider. Website billing follows vidIQ's account route, while an app-store purchase follows that store. The cancellation guide explains how to complete the process and check confirmation. Removing an app or extension does not stop renewal by itself.
Refunds are separate. Check the terms that apply to the purchase and send a request through the correct provider if needed. Do not assume that selecting Cancel by itself asks for or grants a refund.
Free baseline and alternatives
Start in Studio for your own results. Pay for a service only if it adds a needed task. Read the TubeBuddy guide or software choices if a different process may fit. A second report screen is not useful merely because it costs money.
FAQ
Is the annual monthly equivalent charged each month?
No. The annual prices in the table are yearly totals. Read the billing interval and full payment before confirming a subscription. Compare that commitment with the monthly plan and the workload you expect to use.
Are AI credits the same as unlimited feature access?
No. The provider documents a shared AI credit balance alongside separate plan-based access limits. A tool can be available but use credits, and a non-credit feature can still have a cap. Read both the plan column and the action-cost details for the workflow you actually expect to use.
Decision
Use vidIQ pricing to compare a defined workload, channel scope and commitment. Confirm the full USD charge before paying. The most suitable plan is the least costly one whose current stated limits cover your task, including the review and revision work that follows an AI draft.
